Here are some acrylic nail art tips :
- Firstly one has to choose a color that will match an outfit one wishes to wear for the occasion. In fact, amongst all colors select there should be one or two metallic shades too. These make the design look all the more attractive.
- Ensure that one has the base coat and the topcoat. One can use the same for both coats. Or then, different bottles.
- While creating a design one has to be patient and wait for each layer to dry before apply the next, otherwise the entire design may just get smudged and the colors may just blend into each other.
- Avoid using decorations that need glue for pasting them onto the nail. Nail tends to eat through the nail polish and damage the nail.
- Practice creating the design on paper before working on the nails to ensure perfection.
- Attempt nail piercing for a unique look. Remembering that the nail ring should have a smooth surface so that it does not stuck in the threads of clothes, and otherwise.
- For fine designs ideally one should use a toothpick or bobby pin to sketch it out, as well as to get fine shading lines.
- If one is creating nail art on longer nails, then ideally one should also color the inside of the nail with a contrast color.
